Contact me today to discuss how we can work together so you can live your fullest, most satisfying life!

Reiki sessions are created to meet each individual person's needs. Guided imagery and relaxation techniques are incorporated in order to provide the most relaxing environment and treatment possible.

For some people, it can take time to feel the subtle and light sensations of energy movement and healing. Many people enjoy meditation and deep relaxation during their session.

During reiki, time is used at both the beginning and end of the session to let you get settled and relaxed, in addition to waking and returning to your full alert state when the treatment has ended.
