Sarah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner interested in how what we eat impacts the way we feel. As the owner of Nourished Brain Solutions, she uses an integrative approach to help clients address and manage concerns related to neurological, cognitive and mood health including brain fog, anxiety, depression, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, low energy, systemic exertion intolerance disease, stress eating, obsessive-compulsive disorder, mild cognitive impairment, and neuro-degenerative conditions.

Sarah received her BS in Nutrition Science with a minor in Psychology through Russell Sage College and earned a Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Management and a Master of Public Health in Public Health Practice, allowing her to approach health and wellness from both a biochemical and a 'big-picture' perspective. Sarah has professional experience with managing nutritional elements of a wide variety of disease states in the clinical hospital setting, has been published through Demand Studios and the Behavioral Health Nutrition dietetic practice group, and has been a featured speaker with the Olana NY State Historic Site's 'Pathway to Prevention' program. She is an active member of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Integrative & Functional Nutrition Academy.
